AVCO was founded in 2001 as an association. Over the past 20 years, we grew from a handfull members to more than 125, today. AVCO exists for and through its members. We are structured around a multi-talents board gathering Venture Capital and Private Equity experts. The operating team executes the strategy and manages the daily initiatives.

AVCO is an association ruled by Austrian Law and is acting as a non-for-profit organisation. As such, we are audited by an accounting firm and publish a report every year.
